Terms & Conditions

These are the current published terms for a Natural Beauty Photo session. They should be read before a booking is confirmed. For clarification, contact info@naturalbeauty.photo.

Booking and deposits

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure an agreed appointment.
  • The deposit confirms the booking, reserves the date and supports preparation for the personalised session.

Privacy and image use

  • Session images are treated as confidential.
  • Images will not be shared or used without the client’s explicit consent.
  • The client may choose whether images remain private or are shared.

Image adjustments

  • Post-processing focuses on enhancing and refining the images while preserving the client’s appearance.
  • Permanent characteristics that define the client’s individuality will not be altered or erased.

Cancellation and amendments

Requests to reschedule, upgrade, downgrade or cancel should be made at least five days before the booked session. The specific policy depends on the requested change and availability.

Payment and additional purchases

  • Published costs include 20% VAT.
  • Payment may be made by cash, bank transfer or major credit and debit cards.
  • Additional photographs beyond the package may be purchased within three months, subject to availability.

Viewing and delivery

  • Current processing time is between one and three weeks.
  • A viewing is arranged so the client can select the preferred images.
  • Digital products are delivered after the viewing arrangement.

Ownership and copyright

Natural Beauty Photo retains copyright in the images produced during the session. Clients may use their images under the agreed usage terms. Explicit consent from Natural Beauty Photo is required before publication in magazines or other third-party publications.

Age requirements

Boudoir participants must be at least 21. Fine-art nude participants must be over 25. Valid photo identification may be requested.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for three months from the date of purchase. A discreet physical voucher may be sent to the purchaser.
