Terms & Conditions

These are the current published terms for a Natural Beauty Photo session. They should be read before a booking is confirmed. For clarification, contact info@naturalbeauty.photo.

Natural Beauty Photo is operated by Emanuele Zanchettin on behalf of THINKITTECH LTD, the contracting business and data controller.

A written agreement is signed before the shoot. It records the session arrangements and how your photographs may be used. Publication or competition use requires your specific permission; agreeing to a photography session does not by itself grant that permission.

Booking and deposits

  • A 30% deposit secures an agreed date and counts towards the booking price. It is refundable under the cancellation terms below.
  • The deposit confirms the booking, reserves the date and supports preparation for the personalised session.

Privacy and image use

  • Session images are treated as confidential.
  • Images will not be shared or used without the client’s explicit consent.
  • The client may choose whether images remain private or are shared.

Photo storage and retention

Session photographs are stored locally and in cloud storage. They are kept for at least 12 months from the shoot date and deleted after 36 months, except for photographs with specific permission for publication or competitions, which may be retained longer for those agreed uses.

This photo-retention schedule does not limit your applicable data-protection rights. Contact info@naturalbeauty.photo about access, deletion or changing a publication or competition permission.

Image adjustments

  • Post-processing focuses on enhancing and refining the images while preserving the client’s appearance.
  • Permanent characteristics that define the client’s individuality will not be altered or erased.

Cancellation and amendments

  • At least 48 hours before the appointment: cancel free of charge and receive a full refund, including your deposit.
  • Less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before the appointment: any cancellation charge is capped at 30% of the agreed booking price.
  • Less than 24 hours before the appointment, or if you do not attend: any cancellation charge is capped at 100% of the agreed booking price.

These are maximum limits, not automatic charges. Any charge is limited to actual unrecovered losses caused by the cancellation, after deducting costs saved and income from rebooking the slot. Your deposit and other payments already made count towards that charge; any excess is refunded.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to an available replacement date. Your deposit transfers to that booking. Contact me as soon as possible if you need to change a session at shorter notice.

If I cancel

If I cancel your session and we do not agree a replacement date, you receive a full refund of the payments made for the booking.

To cancel or reschedule, email info@naturalbeauty.photo. Notice is measured from your message to the appointment start time stated in your booking confirmation.

These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Venue, styling and delivery arrangements

Venue or studio hire is discussed for your project, photographic style and preferred location. Any hire arrangements and costs are agreed before booking.

Hair and makeup are your responsibility. If you would like these services arranged, ask when enquiring so availability and the cost can be agreed before booking.

Packages include travel within 10 miles of Lymm for Standard, 15 miles for Premium and 30 miles for Platinum. Additional mileage beyond the included radius is charged at 45p per mile on both the outward and return journeys, plus agreed parking charges and tolls. The route, chargeable mileage and total are confirmed before booking.

Payment and additional purchases

  • The remaining balance is due before the appointment by bank transfer. If you prefer cash, pay in person before the shoot begins. Your 30% booking deposit counts towards the total.
  • Additional photographs beyond the package may be purchased within three months, subject to availability.

Viewing and delivery

Only selected, edited photographs are delivered. RAW files and unedited photographs are not supplied. The package image count refers to the finished photographs in your collection.

For Platinum, the full edited gallery means the complete collection of selected, finished photographs, approximately 50 images. It does not include every frame taken during the session.

  • Current processing time is between one and three weeks.
  • A viewing is arranged so the client can select the preferred images.
  • Selected, edited photographs are supplied as JPG files on a USB drive, through a shared folder or through a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer. USB drives and canvas prints can be delivered by hand or post. Delivery is within two to three weeks of your approval of the photographs, using the method agreed with you.

My eye for a photograph, the way I work with light and composition, and my editing style are part of what you book. The finished photographs bring that approach together with you as the subject.

Ownership and copyright

Natural Beauty Photo retains copyright in the images produced during the session. Clients may use their images under the agreed usage terms. Explicit consent from Natural Beauty Photo is required before publication in magazines or other third-party publications.

Age requirements

Boudoir participants must be at least 21. Fine-art nude participants must be over 25. Valid photo identification may be requested.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for three months from the date of purchase. A discreet physical voucher may be sent to the purchaser.
