By proceeding with the Natural Beauty Photo experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Booking and Deposits:

• To secure your appointment, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Non-refundable deposit confirms your interest, reserves the date, and helps us prepare for your personalized session.

Privacy and Usage:

• We uphold the utmost confidentiality and respect for your privacy.
• Your images will never be shared or used without your explicit consent.
• You have the freedom to choose how your images are used, whether for personal keepsakes or sharing online.

Photo Alterations:

• Our approach to post-processing focuses on enhancing images while preserving your natural beauty.
• We will not alter or erase permanent characteristics that define your individuality.

Cancellation and Amendments:

• Requests for rescheduling, upgrading, downgrading, or canceling should be made at least 5 days before the booked experience.
• Specific policies apply to each scenario, as outlined in our terms.

Payment and Additional Purchases:

• All costs are including the 20% VAT.
• Payment can be made through cash, bank transfer, major credit and debit cards.
• Additional photos beyond the package can be purchased within 3 months, subject to availability.

Usage of Images:

• While you have the freedom to use and share your images, we kindly request acknowledgment of Natural Beauty Photo's intellectual property.
• Consent is required for publishing photographs in magazines or other platforms.

Viewing and Delivery:

• Processing time for photos varies (1-3 weeks) and will be promptly communicated to you.
• Viewing sessions are personalized, allowing you to select your preferred images.
• Digital products will be delivered promptly after your viewing session.

Ownership and Copyright:

• Natural Beauty Photo retains the copyright to all images produced during the experience.
• You have the right to use images according to our usage guidelines.

Age and Consent:

• Participants must meet age requirements for specific experiences (21yrs old for Boudoir and 25yrs old for ArtNude).
• Valid photo ID may be requested for verification purposes.

Gift Vouchers:

• Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• A discreet physical gift voucher can be sent for surprising your loved ones.
