Venue or studio hire is discussed for your project, photographic style and preferred location. Any hire arrangements and costs are agreed before booking.
Hair and makeup are your responsibility. If you would like these services arranged, ask when enquiring so availability and the cost can be agreed before booking.

Session details
- Sessions generally take between one and three hours, depending on the package, location and ideas agreed.
- Editing currently takes around one to three weeks.
- I arrange a viewing so you can choose the photographs included in your package.
- A 30% deposit secures an agreed date and counts towards the booking price. Cancellation and refund terms apply.
- The remaining balance is due before the appointment by bank transfer. If you prefer cash, pay in person before the shoot begins. Your 30% booking deposit counts towards the total.
Packages include travel within 10 miles of Lymm for Standard, 15 miles for Premium and 30 miles for Platinum. Additional mileage beyond the included radius is charged at 45p per mile on both the outward and return journeys, plus agreed parking charges and tolls. The route, chargeable mileage and total are confirmed before booking.
Choosing and adding images
Only selected, edited photographs are delivered. RAW files and unedited photographs are not supplied. The package image count refers to the finished photographs in your collection.
My eye for a photograph, the way I work with light and composition, and my editing style are part of what you book. The finished photographs bring that approach together with you as the subject.
After editing, I arrange a viewing so you can select the photographs included in your package. Standard and Premium list a per-image price for additional edited photographs. For Platinum, the full edited gallery means the complete collection of selected, finished photographs, approximately 50 images. It does not include every frame taken during the session.
Additional photographs may be ordered within three months of the session, subject to availability under the current Terms & Conditions.
Delivery after approval
Selected, edited photographs are supplied as JPG files on a USB drive, through a shared folder or through a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer. USB drives and canvas prints can be delivered by hand or post. Delivery is within two to three weeks of your approval of the photographs, using the method agreed with you.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation is free with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later cancellation and non-attendance charges are capped and limited to actual unrecovered losses, with any deposit credited. One free reschedule is available with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. See the Terms & Conditions for the time bands and refund rules.
