Who is responsible
Natural Beauty Photo is operated by Emanuele Zanchettin on behalf of THINKITTECH LTD, the contracting business and data controller.
Agreement and permission
A written agreement is signed before the shoot. It records the session arrangements and how your photographs may be used. Publication or competition use requires your specific permission; agreeing to a photography session does not by itself grant that permission.
Photo storage and retention
Session photographs are stored locally and in cloud storage. They are kept for at least 12 months from the shoot date and deleted after 36 months, except for photographs with specific permission for publication or competitions, which may be retained longer for those agreed uses.
This photo-retention schedule does not limit your applicable data-protection rights. Contact info@naturalbeauty.photo about access, deletion or changing a publication or competition permission.

Enquiry forms and spam protection
The enquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA to check for spam. This loads Google services on the form pages, separately from the optional analytics choice.
Enquiry messages are sent through IONOS email services. For a privacy question or an alternative to the form, you can email the address below.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 remains off unless you select “Accept analytics” in the website’s privacy choices. You can revisit that choice at any time.
